By joining this session, you agree that:

1. You are participating in a private, invitation-only test of the Grapple platform. This
   is not a public event, and what you see may change or break — that's expected at this
   stage.
2. Debate questions, game materials, scoring rules, and anything else shown during this
   test are unreleased and confidential. Please don't share them publicly before Grapple's
   official launch.
3. This session may be photographed, and audio or video may be recorded, for internal
   review and product development.
4. Please don't publicly post recordings, screenshots, or descriptions of this private test
   without Grapple's permission.
5. We collect the basic information needed to run this test — your display name/alias, your
   votes and poll responses, and (only if you choose to provide it) an email address at the
   end of the session. See the optional feedback step for details on the email/marketing
   opt-in, which is entirely separate from this consent.
